In this course, educators will learn how to apply a classroom ready, web-based, modular mental health curriculum resource as well as upgrade their own mental health literacy.
Educators can then use the resource in their schools to successfully address mental health related curriculum outcomes to students in grades 8 – 10.
The lesson activity enhances students’ understanding of mental health challenges through researching the mental health information and resources available on the website and sharing learning through group presentations and discussions.
Autism information, support and referral services was transitioned from ACT BC to the Ministry of Children and Family Development.
